Randy Ferguson, along with his wife Pat, started their custom home building business in 1964. Randy oversaw the construction of the homes while Pat, who is an interior decorator, added finesse to the interior.

Later in 1984, son Rick Ferguson graduated from the University of Arkansas. Rick moved home to start his own custom home building business, Rick Ferguson Custom Homes, in 1986. Rick was no stranger to the business as he had his first job for his father at the age of 14. Today Rick credits his father with his knowledge of the building business. 

"My dad never played favorites with me on the job sites.  He expected no less from me than the other employees.” Laughing Rick added, "At the time, I thought he was expecting a lot more!"

With more than 60 years of combined experience, the father and son team can be found collaborating on projects together. This amazing duo is credited for fashioning a lifetime of unique memories for each client they have touched.
